Customer Testimonials

A hard working team who listened to our requirements and always responded in a timely manner leading ultimately to the successful sale of our property. From satisfied clients living overseas.
Mr B & Mrs D, Holmbury St Mary (Seller)
Over the past 5 years we have dealt with Terra Cotta as buyers, landlords & finally as sellers. We have come across dozens of agents in our time and we can honestly say that Terra Cotta are right up there as the very best. They offer such a fantastic personal service - nothing is too much trouble, they are so commercial and responsive and they are a real pleasure to deal with. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone - truly a cut above.
Mr & Mrs W, Holmbury St Mary (Buyer, Landlord & Seller)
Moving is rarely simple. The Team at Terra Cotta (all of them...) showed patience, consideration and respect at a time when this makes all the difference. All this whilst also being practical & efficient. Very reassuring & refreshing.
Ms P, Shere (Tenant)
We were very pleased overall with your support to us, both in respect of our sale and prospective purchases. In particular you were very proactive in finding us prospective buyers and selling the merits of our house to them. You quickly came up with 2 consecutive buyers against none quickly from Hamptons, supposedly a much “bigger” agent. You were also proactive in suggesting properties which might suit us to buy, including two in advance of these formally going on the market. Mandy's additional research on potential costs of adding a kitchen/roof was very helpful, going beyond what we would expect from an estate agent. Communication was very good at all times and everyone was friendly and very helpful, including outside normal office hours. Thanks again.
Mr & Mrs R, Peaslake (Seller)
Terra Cotta have been finding tenants for a portfolio of 6 properties that I manage on behalf of a property investment company since 2013. They have always been successful in finding suitable tenants quickly (despite some being out of their core area) so preventing void rental periods. Their communication has always been excellent, & the whole process from finding a tenant to them moving in has always flowed efficiently, promptly & without issue, they are always willing & happy to help. I would have no hesitation in recommending them to any prospective Landlord.
Mr P, Woking (Landlord)
We successfully & simultaneously bought & sold through Terra Cotta. They were all so lovely & we were thrilled with all the things Terra Cotta did for us when selling our family home and buying our new home. They all worked so hard despite the fact that we had a difficult house to sell due to all the work needed. We do not think we would ever have sold & bought the lovely home we are in now had it not been for Terra Cotta and their continuous help all the way to completion. We will always recommend Terra Cotta at every opportunity we can.
Mr & Mrs R, Abinger (Buyer & Seller)
Terra Cotta recently dealt with the sale of our house, something which turned out to be complicated & took many months. Despite the issues we faced, the communication between solicitors was very limited. The transaction did finally come to fruition, & I would say that a big part of that was as a result of the persistence & excellent communication from the staff at Terra Cotta, who liaised extensively with both the buyers & ourselves to push it through. Thanks again for making it happen
Mr & Mrs P, Shere (Seller)
Before putting my newly renovated rental property on the market I sounded out several agents. I had consulted Terra Cotta throughout the renovation period during which time I found their comments both helpful and constructive. The photographs taken of the property out-classed those of their rivals taking full advantage of the most appealing features. The letting out process was quick and simple, leading to a very speedy and satisfactory conclusion.
Mrs M, Shere (Landlord)
